  AJ, very professional brother. The line was long, and the customers were getting impatient, and despite the short staffing, this young man single-handedly held down the fort. No shade at all to the staff preparing the food, they were doing an incredible job making sure AJ had the supplies, but AJ took orders, prepared the meals, communicated efficiently and compassionately to the customers, took payments, all with the most calm, positive and professional demeanor until other staff members came to assist. He is someone the company needs to consider for a managerial promotion, he has the spark that makes a great damn leader!

  I love CAVA, however I hate this location. The management here should be replaced. The lack of items available and wait times here are unacceptable. Never visit this location. If you are the owner reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself.

  First time experience here the other day I loved it so much thanks to the store team they had nay worked with me very well she was so patience she was full of so much energy she made me feel very welcomed she explained all the options in a very descriptive way she even held conversation with me her service making my bowl was so great and memorable the cook Stacy was also very nice he had a great personality he also made me feel welcomed and the food was delicious he did his thing with the steak I had tried I would definitely visit this store again I loved the energy They are so full of life

  I had got a bowl from here around 7pm the food was really enjoyable overall I especially want to highlight Nay who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming she made my bowl all the way down and was very open to offering me recommendations she was very patience and I loved her service she had such a positive attitude and made the experience even better for me and also my friends that was with me and this was also my first time I’ll definitely be back

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA on City Ave, and Kayla Hawkins truly made it exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such a warm, positive attitude that instantly set the tone. Kayla was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure my bowl was exactly how I wanted it. She offered great suggestions, explained options clearly, and handled everything with professionalism and care. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared—but Kayla’s customer service is what really stood out. She moved efficiently while still making customers feel seen and appreciated, which isn’t easy during busy hours. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys helping people. Because of Kayla, this visit felt more personal and enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. CAVA is lucky to have her on their team!
