I've ordered three times from this location. The first time was great. The second time the order was completely wrong. The third time the rice was undercooked and they missed some of the add ons. I will not order again.

This is the WORST CAVA location in the area. If you can avoid going to this one, DO. They are always running out of supplies and don’t mention it until you are actively ordering. The food is prepared sloppy, and the service workers always look like they are in a horrible mood.
Most recently, I was ordered food on door dash and the store packaged the wrong food, I had drove all the way to the store to retrieve my correct order. The manager never came out to speak to me directly and the service workers were very rude.

I asked for fresh Sour cream pita chips the ones they had out looked very stale there not placed under a warmer or anything..3 employees had an issues n I could tell by there faces once I asked for fresh ones to be made.. Cava isn’t cheap so I should get what I asked for without getting a attitude from the employees.. Once I got home the pita chips were not fresh n taste like NOTHING BUT OLD GREASE IM PISSED!!!!

First time visiting. The food looked very appetizing! Oh and too much to choose from all at once! Lol. I ordered a bowl of steak with a mixture of delicious toppings and seasoned pita bread. The food was fresh and delicious! The handsome young man wearing glasses preparing my bowl was very patient. I thank him for that! I hope they offer shredded steak in gravy as well in the future, just as they offer lamb. I will be a returning customer with my family. Its a game changer 🙌🏽

Service is unbelievably slow. Looking inside the restaurant you'd assume it's busy based on how many customers are there. While waiting for my online order an extra 20 minutes past when it was scheduled to be ready, it became glaringly obvious that the slowness is a result of the employees. Line full to the door, 4 others waiting for mobile orders and there was absolutely 0 sense of urgency. In addition, at the time of my order they were out of every protein minus steak, but when entering around 6:20 (nearly 3.5 house before they close) there was absolutely nothing on the grill. Keep in mind I was there for 30 minutes. If I didn't see heat coming off of it I would've assumed it was off for hours. The gentleman working the online orders was the only person who gestured any type of acknowledgement of how slow everything was being handled.
Onto the food itself, if I could rate it lower I would. Firstly, my bowl was half empty and what steak and rice they did put in the bowl was cold and hadn't been warmed at all in at least 40 minutes. I'm just glad it was actually edible once I took it home and reheated it.
Overall it was a literal 0/5, I will NEVER get food from here again. Even if this location is closer to you, you will save yourself time and headache by just going to the Ardmore location. It's a miracle that they are even open
