  My first time at the City Line ave location and I had a great experience! The customer service were excellent and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Huge portions. Defiantly coming back again.

  Save yourself the time and just go to the Ardmore location. it's much more equipped. The fryer is allegedly always broken here and they never have pita chips.

  This is one of those places that you need to order in person instead of for pickup or delivery. They give the right amount of food when you watch them make your bowls. When you pickup, their portions are tiny and not worth the price. Might have to start going back to the Ardmore location.

  Staff were nice. But I only go for the food. I was excited that this was opening close to home but unfortunately I will not be returning. It seems like the cavas in the city are always out of something or something is broke. But when I go to cava in Ardmore or newtown square they have everything. For this location to be brand new the air fryer should not be broke for the pita chips … that’s what I was told tonight. That lets me know all I need to know about management. So if you don’t want to be disappointed regarding not having certain food options, just go to the suburbs.

  This has to be the worst Cava I’ve ever been to, running out of ingredients consistently, in several attempts to try to order, serving spoiled lettuce and their employees just seem like they hate to be there. I was exited to have them just across my apartment but their prices aren’t matching the expectations, I’d rather go when I’m in Washington DC where I became their fan
