I never had a bad experience until today. They were right, one bad manner define something. I was trying to purchase a glucosamine chondroitin from Signature Select says in the shelf they are label buy 1 get 1 free for 14.79
When checkout, it says otherwise $25.99
So I called the lady and asked her that is a wrong price. She insist it’s say what it say in the machine. I offer to show her the label and she said I can’t go with you, you need to find somebody else. So the other young lady came with me and study the label. She turn her back off me and went to her supervisor and they decided that it is 25.99
The whole attitude to say it was 25.99 doesn’t feel right.
It was clearly the store fault for placing the item in the wrong shelf. False marketing buyer could say. Do not teach your buyer to read the label. You do the label for buyer makes us easier to shop.
Good luck on your future Acme! Hope you will trained them again

I would like to express how I do enjoy coming to acme it's my one stop shop most days but I do have one complaint. The woman Capri who works in the deli is the most obnoxious and rude woman I have dealt with in a long time. Not only does she have no customer service skills but she isn't nice to the customers when they ask questions she says I don't know I'm getting ready to go I feel as though she needs to be reprimanded and maybe and should not work with the public.
