Never got any food..I reached out through the chat...they telling me the driver picked up my food and it's on its way....now mind you it's almost 10 o'clock at night....my food was supposed to come between 6-8...no communication at all from the store...nothing about a delay....woke up this morning and it's still pending like it's coming....I had to call the store to cancel it this morning....like I had to call..... Now I am not going to shop at acme anymore...I will definitely spend my money else where as I am irritated 😤 ....but acme won't get another dime.

Like most other acmes I've been to, their prices are a bit on the high side but they do offer good quality food and items. This acme in particular is often very convenient for me to arrive to, has most of the stuff I need to buy, and the store is very welcoming.

The produce section isn't organized the way my mind works, but everything in it looks fresh and tasty. The fish counter also looks fresh and tasty with no hint of a smell coming from it. The deli counter is something I dreamt of during the past 2 years in New Mexico. I didn't expect seafood there, but I kept hoping for a wider selection of processed meats. I didn't look, but I bet they have olive loaf. I'll get my wife some for Christmas 🤣 I would have bought a cup of hot coffee if they had one, but they didn't, so I picked up some warm soda because I don't have any pots, pans, or dishes at home yet, and I need my caffeine. Not as many diet options as I'd like to choose from, but it was nice to see cans held together with cardboard instead of plastic rings. The parking lot is much bigger than I expected for the location and it's striped for large vehicles to get in and out.

You pay extra to have the food delivered but then you have to drive to the store anyway. It's frustrating and no one at the store takes responsibility. They blame the app and the app blames the store.
