  Just moved to the area. I was really disappointed in the Mexican/latin section. Only one option for corn tortillas and really just not a lot of options. The bagged rotisserie chicken had grease all over the bag. All the shredded cheese other than the acme brand were exorbitantly expensive. Idk I just hope there’s a better store nearby

  I want to take a moment to recognize Nick, one of the managers at this location, for his outstanding customer service. Today, I placed an order for pickup and realized once I got home that I had been given someone else’s order. I immediately contacted the store and was connected with Nick, who truly went above and beyond to make things right. Nick was kind, professional, and extremely attentive. He ensured that my correct grocery order was delivered promptly and that everything was exactly as I had originally ordered. His willingness to take ownership of the situation and resolve it so quickly made a stressful moment feel effortless. Because of the exceptional customer service Nick demonstrated, I would absolutely travel outside of my usual ACME location just to shop here. He is a true asset to the store and a perfect example of what great customer service should look like.

  I go to this store every week, I'm always having amazing interactions with staff members. Eric was my cashier today and he was awesome 🤘

  Most of the Acme stores in the area are not that great. This one tends to be a little better it's just crazy busy. The parking lot is an absolute circus most times we have been here. It's almost always crowded at all times of day. Definitely know what you need to get so you can get in and out. Browsing is not easy. Their produce department and deli area are better than others in the area- Chestnut hill and mt airy for instance- but we generally avoid this acme. sometimes we come here as they occasionally have stock the other stores in the area do not have. Their wine and beer selection is a little better than others also. Our most recent trip they were clearing stock from dairy shelving so we couldn't get what we needed there- not a big deal, other stores are around. Unfortunately we couldn't find the other items we needed either (incl. bagged frozen fish??) and it was crazy crowded anyways so we left. Staff seem to be pretty friendly though and this store is cleaner than most of the other ones.

  I went there tonight to buy groceries and a 12 pack of beer. I went to pay for the beer. I have a camera card from penndot. And my License. The gentleman working at the alcohol register was very rude and just said (oh no other companies may take that but we don’t and acted like was a scammer or a kid. ). He said it rudely. I am 53 years old. I have spent a lot of money on groceries ect. At this store. I will be going to ShopRite from now on. No respect from employees here.
