The ACME on South street is well stocked and has very convenient hours. I like shopping there at 7 am when it is pretty much empty. Everything is fresh except for the prepared items in the deli. I've bought spoiled egg salad and cole slaw several times.

I mostly shop at Trader Joe's just because it's convenient on my way back from work, but I was just really craving some Oreos and other branded snacks. I stopped by here, and they have just about everyone you would need. The store's relatively big for the city, and there is a shortage of some things on occasion. The items here were surprisingly pricier than at TJ's, but it might also depend on what you're looking for. SERVICE The staff here can be a little . . . blunt? Edgy? But they'll still help if you're trying to find anything. PARKING People usually walk here, but there is limited street parking available.
