I won’t be back. This is a major city where most people walk to get groceries. Last week you had bags with handles and today that has changed. I asked an employee where the paper bags with handles are and he looked me in the face and turned around and walked away. I asked a second person who pointed to reusable bags I had to buy for $2. Glad I got to waste money to go home and throw it away. Any hey if you’re going to force us to buy a reusable bag… maybe make sure the straps are long enough we can put it over our shoulder becuase now we have to pack a lot of heavy items into one bag or continue to buy expense bags that will get thrown away.

The store is fine. As expected.
Our poor experience is focused on the bakery department and Taylor, the decorator. We ordered our daughter’s birthday cake on a Tuesday for a Friday pickup. Taylor took the order and wrote down our information. When we went to pick it up, Taylor denied that we ever placed the order and said there was no cake. Strongly recommend that you avoid this bakery for cake orders.

I came to this store to pick up a cake I ordered and I was standing by the bakery for about 10 minutes . Associates saw me but said nothing until a associate name Dayhatta saw and helped me . She was awesome and also friendly . Its a great thing when you go into stores and you see and receive help from associates because now and days you don't get that . Its also good when you see associates that’s still wiling and acting like they like their job . Associates should get acknowledge on their customer service skills and hers was fantastic! Thank you Dayhatta .
