Some Pokemon players have felt intimidated by security guards there. They talked to a manager that didn't seem to care. We think the staff here is hostile to us Pokemon players/collectors. We have a right to use this machine and they're making it difficult for us.

Specially the parking lot and their carts. I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s constantly always has trash in it’s carts when you go to get one, half of them, don’t work properly. This place really needs a pricing overhaul and management change.
- MMm mDec 17, 20251.0got a box of pokemon cards from the machine inside of this acme and the security guard harassed me because i refused to sell them to him. throwing his arms up in the air and calling me names to his other co workers. i asked him to please stop soliciting the customers and he flipped out. there’s already so many other customers complaining about this guy. i don’t understand how he hasn’t been fired at this point, he is soliciting the customers and becoming really aggressive. he is making customers feel uncomfortable to shop here.
