  This is the third time I've ordered from here using the mobile app, and I never get sugar in my coffee even though I ask for it. The hash browns are always mashed up. The staff is slow and seems clueless.

  WOW! What a great accomplishment to put a Dunkin Donuts in this beautiful spot. Truly a victory should this be a franchise situation. An upgrade for sure. Beautiful seating areas, clean, nice .... staff was awesome. AND, it's bright and sunny. Well lit. The former tenant, Starbucks, was on the dark side in this underground, basement ish location. Well done! 🍩

  Welcome to the neighborhood! Girl at register in the morning I had such a great experience thanks to the young woman working the register. From the moment I walked up, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed right away. She was incredibly patient, efficient, and handled everything with a calm, positive attitude—even while things were busy. She made sure my order was correct, and kept the line moving smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way she does. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out and THANK YOU :)

  Ordered a Sausage Egg n Cheese with an extra egg and a Nitro CB. I was handed a drink that looked like straight cream. They made a new one and it was fine. Go to eat the sand at work and there's no extra egg. 1st and last time going to this location.

  Rudest employees. Genuinely the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. We were looking so forward to try out this new location. Walked in and went up to the counter, black female Muslim employee told me to go to the kiosk and when I told her I couldn’t find an item on the kiosk, she ignored me and did not want to help. We got our order handed to us and it was missing Cold foam, I asked her to put the cold foam on and she said I didn’t order it. I showed her the sticker on the drink that said cold foam, she snatched the drink out of my hand and left the drink out of reach for me after fixing it. I then asked another employee for her name. They refused to give it to me and then the female employee raised her voice at me. So disappointing.
