  Whoever manages this place should be fired. Customer Service is terrible and the orders are almost always wrong.

  I really like this Dunkin' Donuts location. Excellent hours, efficient and pleasant staff. And of course the donuts are same as every Dunkin' Donuts.

I sometimes need to bring several dozen donuts to work at six in the morning. This is one of the few locations that is open that early. I had now several times called in advance to have them prepare four dozen donuts for me. When I show up the donuts are ready. 

The people are friendly, the experience is efficient, and very satisfying. Communication here also is good, which is not always the case at other locations. 

This is not the closest Dunkin location to my house but it is my preferred location because it is efficient, hassle free, and courteous friendly staff.

  Worst Dunkin’ ever. I ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso w/ cold foam. They didn’t add the cold foam and it just looked like dark ice coffee with no milk. I asked them to remake it and the lady that had made it got mad and said “she knows what she’s doing”. Anyways, she just remade it very disgustingly, only filled it up half way don’t even give me my entire drink.. the way it looks in the picture is how she gave it to me.

  Ayla I love her customer service she listens and asks if everything is ok now the guy or manger his service is horrible seem like he dnt want to be at work !!! Cause would I just want Carmel in my ice coffee with no cream and sugar

  Here for the day from Florida and I have to say this has to be the fastest most efficient Dunkin I've ever been to. Drive thru was around the building but never stopped moving. Had coffee and food and was all ready when I pulled up to window. I'm impressed.
