  No customer service super slow and was told I couldn’t get a refund due to the manager not being present. I was told by Jessica the person who rung me up to come back the next day for my refund.

  All them school kids be all packed inside the store cursing and standing in your way. Very irritating.

  I typically don't my go to this DD, it's the absolute last one on my commute and no drive through, with terrible parking. But sometimes I'm on work calls and can't stop on my way so I end up here. The previous staff was slow but friendly and funny. I can deal with slow if I'm entertained and everything is right. The current staff is very rude as others have said. I've put up with it, and wrong orders because it's the last dd I pass before I'm at my office. I'm done with them now, the final straw was that they wanted exact change only or card only. What kind of DD doesn't have change?! I'm not putting 6 bucks on a card or pulling from debit. Every time I hit a dd I give the staff at least a full dollar tip, it may not be great, but on a 4-8 buck bill you'd think they'd appreciate it. Nope. I won't be back to this store, the owner of the franchise should get hands on with this one before they lose their investment.
