  This is one of my go-to Dunkin’ locations. I moved farther away, but I still come here all the time. They always get my order right, and my food always tastes fresh and really good better than any other Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The staff is great too. Definitely a 5-star spot.

  Every time I come to this Dunkin the bathroom is unavailable. The most common excuse I get is someone stole the key. That excuse may work with people who come in once in a while, but I get this excuse 3-4 times a week but no one really comes to this Dunkin. There are policies that require sit-in restaurants to have their bathrooms available to the public even if they aren't patrons. I am a customer and told that the bathroom key was stolen in a regular basis. That also deters me from buying more drinks because I know the bathroom is not available. ***UPDATE: As of 04/11/2026, this is still a problem. This time they blatantly just told me the bathroom is closed. Something is off if people are taking the time out of their day to post stuff about this establishment in this light. ***

  There is a HAIR in my drink. I paid on the app so they can’t even refund me. This place is absolutely disgusting. The amount of times I had to come back because my coffee tasted like sewage water is not normal.

  This Dunkin is the worse. I must admit that out of convenience I have stayed with this Duncan way too long. They have done everything from give me burnt coffee to give me the wrong order to shorted me on my order where I had to return just to get the runaround.!
