  Washington State had zero Dunkin's probably because of some conspiracy. So I had to stop and relive a delicious coffee while on Phil. Didn't expect the employees to be so kind and happy. Really the city of brotherly love?! Trump is Satan incarnate.

  I ordered a decaf coffee about a month ago because I can't handle caffeine and they gave me regular. I complained and they gave me a dunkin gift card instead of a refund. Today, I go to order a decaf coffee and what do they do? Give me regular. Absolutely ridiculous and I've leaned my lesson to not go to dunkin anymore. I'd rather pay more for pret because at least they know how to follow simple instructions and not give me regular coffee when I clearly asked for decaf.

  The person taking my order in a white shirt didn’t listen, didn’t look at me and screwed the order up. I generally tip very well and did not today. This is not how to start my day. Wawa will be my choice in the future! That’s him now laying with his feet on the counter of another business. As a consultant to the CEO I will share this experience.
