  This entire experience is my fault because I stayed! As soon as I walked in they were already having an issue with an employee who almost gave a customer the wrong change back. I should have left right then and there but you know everyone deserves a second chance. I ordered a frozen coffee and I received the picture down below. I asked who I assume is the manager if it could be remade. She took it back with an attitude and all she did was add more ice cubes to the drink. It was never blended. So I paid for a frozen coffee and received an iced coffee. Then told me that’s all she can do. Customer service is nonexistent. Manager was so concerned about yelling at the employee for cash register situation than taking care of the customers waiting in line. Please take your hard earned money to another Dunkin. Unless you like trash service and mediocre food then this place is your spot!

  On Halloween …….Horrible people working here I stopped for a hot chocolate and after I paid I was standing and waiting for my drink and a father and his daughter walked in and came up to the counter and the kid said to the lady working behind the counter trick or treat and the lady working said I don’t have any candy would you like a spider donut the kid said sure and that was her first stop for the night for trick or treating but what the people working did not know is I also had my kids in the car so when I got my order I went out and told them about it and told them to go in and trick or treat real quick they are giving out spider donuts my kids came back to car without a spider donut and told me the people working told them no they cannot have anything for trick or treating so I went in and told them that ain’t rite you just gave a kid a donut but tell my kids no that ain’t cool and I’m not about to let that fly that’s a cruel thing to do to 2 little kids ages 5-8 these people have no soul and there hot chocolate sucked and the donuts were stale anyway boycott this place they pick and choose which kids to let trick or treat depending on the race of the kids
