  I stopped by this location to pick up a few items for Easter breakfast. Since I don’t usually go to Dunkin, I simply asked what kinds of donuts they had available. The employee replied, “the ones we always have,” then let out a heavy sigh and began listing the flavors in an irritated tone. At that point I decided to leave. I’m not willing to spend money somewhere that treats customers like that. I’ll gladly pay a little more and go somewhere like Federal Donuts or Duck Donuts instead.

  Even though close to closing and in middle of inventory was greeted by manager. They still had better then expected variety and fresh close to closing. Staff was friendly and courteous store was clean.

  Today, July 11th, 2024 around 9:00 am, I visited Dunkin' Donuts located at 8113 Stenton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150 and the experience was just terrible. I went in and it was clear that it was extremely chaotic behind the counter but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as fast food can be very fast pace. First I asked for a coffee and then went to order a sandwich and hash browns after and she was barely listening to me so I had to say it more than once for her to put it on my order. I was trying to pay for my food with a gift card and with my card and not only did one of the readers barely work but the employee seemed to barely know how to work the register. Her coworker had to take over on another screen. Once I finally paid after way too much time. I got my coffee and it was terrible she hadn’t added my extra cream and sugar to my Carmel Crazed Ice Latte so there was only one of each and it had way too much milk. Then I waited for almost another 20-30 minutes for my food as the employees had thought they forgot to give someone at the drive through their food and it had been my bag just sitting there. Once they finally gave it to me I took my sandwich and left. When I got to the car I first ate my hash browns that were a bit fine if anything a little burnt but when I opened the sandwich it had a particularly strong smell to it and was barely put together looking extremely unappetizing. I looked for the reason of the smell or any clear signs of mold and saw none so I took a bit of the sandwich and could immediately tell something on it was spoiled. I believe the cheese and egg and processed to throw up into my dunkin bag and outside of my vehicle as well. This is by far the worse fast food and Dunkin experience I have ever had and it is clear that the workers are untrained, undisciplined, and the overall store is terrible behind the counter.
