  When ever I go to this place the doors are always locked we have to go to the drive through and nobody is there they take so long to answer and when they do they get my drink size wrong and the drink it self as well I do not recommend very disappointed and the people are disrespectful!!!!!!!!

  Do Not come here if you wants your food to be done in a specific way. They’re very dismissive, unprofessional, and definitely do not listen to customers need.the other day I asked for my croissant to be extra toasted, they never listened I had to go back 3 times just for them to give me what I wanted. Same thing happened today, I told the cashier exactly what I wanted.. when my food came out it was not what I asked for, I then gave it back for re-toast, 5sec later a different worker brought it to me with 0 changes I had to go home and re-toasted it. Very unprofessional will definitely not recommend it.

  I was there today @5:43 and ordered medics coffee/ 4 shots of butter pecan, 1 shot of liquid sugar. Whip cream and less ice/ Also a drink for my daughter. He comes to the window with a coffee with all this cream in it. I said this is not what I ordered. I can’t do cream or milk, I’m lactose intolerant! He takes it back and had to pour some off and put more coffee in it. I’m like this is not just coffee and flavour! Yes it is. Let me tell u that it had creamer in bcuz I was in the bathroom for about 20mins bcuz of the dairy! I feel like my money should be Reimbursed! Very poor customer service 😡😡😡

  I'm extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. I was left waiting for half an hour without any update, and to make matters worse, I had my baby crying in the car which I couldn’t go back or front.
