  Never really had any issues here until they hired this new lady that apparently doesn’t know how to read a simple label, now my coffee is always messed up and I have to ask her to redo it and it still somehow comes out messed up.

  Guy taking my order was nice enough, I know I'm soft spoken so I don't mind speaking up or repeating my order as needed. As I'm repeating my order, this lady comes over the speaker actually screaming at me about how I need to speak up when I order (I hate to sound like I'm exaggerating; I worked at starbucks, I know this feeling) and he's only asking me to repeat because they can't hear me. Girl, okay, I wasn't mad?? All I wanted was the Buff Chai and it doesn't appear to be an actual menu item with a set price, so whatever, I get it's easy to misunderstand what I'm asking for but all you'd have to say is "I'm sorry, we're just not able to hear you, can you repeat it louder?" But instead she had to yell at me over a stupid drink order. Never wanted to curse out someone in customer service more. Is late shift usually like this?
