This location is absolutely terrible. Coffee always tastes burnt or old, food tastes like plastic, and it’s pure mayhem trying to order or find your order through the disorganized structure of where it’s placed. We need a Starbucks in 30th street ASAP.

The employees behind the counter were extremely kind and helpful, answered all of our questions cheerfully, and provided efficient service. Really brightened our morning before hopping on the train.

One was on his headphones having personal convo while dealing with customers and they both wouldn’t honor an error on the receipt after the machine didn’t include an already part of the meal item. Highly rude and inconsiderate. Very unprofessional.
