  It’s sad because this location gets a lot of foot traffic from jobs and businesses nearby. But their attitudes are nasty. And practices are unprofessionally. They refuse to listen and are spiteful. I ordered a drink with donuts per the promo for me , my coworkers. The woman took my order then scanned my barcode. She then finished the transaction without adding my donuts to the order to complete the deal and attempted to charge me the full amount for the second item. I even asked for a refund and was FORCED to take the drink. They act like they can’t void out transactions idk if they don’t know how or refuse to. It’s always an issue with them. Then today I decide to get something to make my own drink so i asked for a cup of JUST ice with a shot of syrup. The cashier asked if I wanted water and I said. NO The same woman who argued with me the previous time purposely filled my cup with water melting my ice and diluting what I paid 1.50+ for…. A cup of an ice and water most places give it for free or 0.50 cents. They’re greedy. Ignorant. And pick and choose when they want to be nice to returning customers. I make my own coffee everyday for work because I REFUSE to keep arguing and being made items incorrectly. Why would you add water when I specifically said no. Enjoy your BBB rating coming soon. Stop treating people who’re supporting your location like crap. My job alone probably spends hundreds of dollars every month since I started working around here and we stop spending as much because it’s either too much sugar. Not enough ice or unnecessary charges for small items. 1$ for a small cup of ice or any cup of ice is ridiculous 0.25-0.50 is reasonable but 1$ then to have your ice diluted with water is DISGUSTING. No worries plenty of kind and attentive businesses nearby that I will patronize from here on out. I miss the days when Dunkin was a good experience all the around. The company’s service unfortunate is dependent on location and staff.

  I ordered one sandwich. It took 10 minutes because they gave my order to someone else. I finally got my sandwich and it tasted like the refrigerator.

  The light haired guy working the register said nothing when I approached after I greeted him. He looked at my cross necklace, rolled his eyes, and was incredibly rude the rest of the transaction. When he handed me my iced coffee, the cup was half full. He was staring me down like he was daring me to comment on it. Literally the weirdest interaction I have ever had. Maybe just don’t come here.
