  I ordered today at 8:14pm through the app in the dunkin of "2301 Welsh Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19152" drive tru, which says they close at 9pm, but no matter how much I rang the bell or I was there, no one ever opened me, then at 8:30 I called the number of the store and that's where a woman came out and told me that they were closed, she took my order and said that they didn't have any of those meals, and that they close at 8pm, although the app let me make the order saying that they closed at 9pm, then it told me to cancel the order saying from the app, I left and on the way I tried to do it, but no matter how much I do it the order continues to appear as pending, I never get my food, and never get my money back, I try to do return in the app.

  The eggs taste like metal, the drinks are never right, and medium drinks are practically smalls. Everything is bad. Not worth the money

  I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app for in-store pickup at this location. When I arrived, I was told the store was already closed and that there was no food available, even though the app allowed me to place and pay for the order. This was a complete waste of time, and I was charged for an order I never received. Very poor management and lack of communication between the store and the app. I would not recommend ordering ahead from this location.
