Ok so it was Sunday night at 1030 pm
I know, I know... but this place was extra-ready to get off work. They might as well just have been closed. I couldn't even get a drink with ice as the ice maker had been shut down for the day. We had to salvage ice cubes from a water that had been brought to our party before I arrived... Getting utensils required an act of congress basically.
The food was otherwise good, well presented, done to taste (burger was properly a medium) and the fries were on point.
So, I'm really just giving you a 2 because of shift management's decisions, unless the fish actually rots from the head for how pre close works at this restaurant.
Thanks, but I'm be sure to get there earlier or choose an establishment such longer hours.
EDIT - per the "owner" who replied to me, I went to the contact form on the Web site provided and it limited my comment to a measley 500 characters. Furthermore, it refused to let me share this URL in the comment box. Resultantly, I had to waste more of my time to enter the cliffs notes... 1/10 terrible.... this just made it worse, not better.

Great assortment of games, staff looked after me after they found out I was riding solo for my birthday, nice big shots of tequila 👍🏻
Prizes are way too many points... I spent $50 on my gaming card and won almost 1000 points but Hello Kitty gummies for example were like 2000 points 🙃

I came here for dinner with my children on our last night here in Philadelphia. We order the eat and play combo times 3. The fish and chips is a miss. The fish still had batter in it. My kids ordered the Dave's favorite cheese burger 🍔 and fries with the blue lemonade. After they had fun playing games.

I would have loved to give more stars for service based off of the young ladies that work the restaurant area. Hands down they get 5 stars because of their enthusiasm and servitude.
However, this one young lady in the gaming area who didn't want to work destroyed the whole vibe of the evening.
They say, all it takes is one. Whelp, she's the one. All in all, we had a good time and I didn't destroy my pockets.
Family of 4- Spent $275; each had their own card, full meal with desserts, and 3 of us had grown drinks 💜

My husband decided to show me the Ben Franklin Bridge and we had lunch at Dave and Busters. We sat at the bar where we met Rick, a Brooklyn native that lives in Philly. He was one of the nicest people we've met. Funny, and gave great advice about the city. I would give 10 stars if I could. Then, on our way out, as a teacher I had a Dave and Busters voucher from my school in Austin, TX that they hadn't seen before, but Shaun asked what I wanted to play, and I just wanted to shoot a few basketballs that took 2 minutes. The service was so awesome, as was the food. If you come here, just sit at the bar and ask for Rick. You won't be disappointed.
