I stood there from 11:00 until 11:18--nobody said anything to me or the other woman waiting in front of me to let us know how long it would be or what was going on. Everybody was kinda moving shuffling around slowly getting things set up. When they were ready to take our orders they said "the only protein we have right now is chicken." I asked when the other proteins would be ready and they just shrugged. No apology or explanation. They didn't have some of the toppings either. I lost 30 minutes of my work day.
- ALA LJan 17, 20261.0STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Fellas, how hard is it to get a simple order right? Follow simple instructions all written out nice and neat. On Uber Eats, we ordered a steak burrito and a chicken bowl. They made us the opposite: a chicken burrito and a steak bowl. Even the receipt says what we requested. The employees couldn’t get it right. Why does it matter? I’ll tell you. My wife can’t eat beef for religious reasons. She took a bite of the wrong food and had to spit it out before ingesting it. Shame on you and your weak staff. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to know the difference between chicken and steak. You just need to pay attention. These people don’t care. If I had known the store had only 3.5 stars, we would have ordered from a different location. STOP BEING SLOPPY. PAY ATTENTION. 🤬

My order is never made on time for me to pick up. It’s reoccurring so it’s very frustrating, but I think I’ll try the other locations within close proximity.
