  Very displeased with this Chipotle. Went there tonight with my friends and we waited close to five minutes before anyone said a single word to us. I work in the restaurant industry so I understand not always being in a bubbly mood and wanting to go home, but at least make somewhat of an effort to let the guests know that you see them and are acknowledging their presence. I saw at least 5 workers and not a single one of them said hi, how are you, how’s your day, I’ll be with you in one second, but when a delivery driver came in they acknowledged him right away. At this point, I was becoming upset but I stayed calm because again, I’ve been there. My friend ordered her bowl and they almost forgot her vinaigrette (wouldn’t be the first time they forgot something either unfortunately). I decided not to order anything due to my disappointment with this location and the lack of acknowledgment, it was truly upsetting.

  Amazing location! Michelle is amazing! Her customer service was amazing and she was so kind. Our food was perfect, highly reccomend!

  I have visited this location several times since it’s the one nearest to me and the staff members are always nice whenever I go in the morning, afternoon or evenings. The only inconvenience is that most times even when the store is not busy they don’t clean it and often times it causes me to hesitate from buying not knowing if the quality of food will be bad or not. I hope someone sees this and they began to reinforce the message!

  I’ll start off with warning those who absolutely love Chipotle; do not come to this location if you’re looking for at least a decent size food portion and good customer service. Some of the staff on day/afternoon shift seem to not care at all about quality customer service, especially their team lead who gives off a real nasty vibe when interacting with customers. They expect you to order, take a subpar minimal portion, and get the hell out of their store. I’ve come here multiple times only for the food, however, I can no longer bear the unprofessionalism that is present at this store. It is a definite turn off when you are just standing in line waiting to order as they are standing around talking to the point of even acknowledging after the fact and taking their sweet time serving the customer. I don’t believe I’ve ever had a poor experience at a restaurant chain like this.. it is absolutely unacceptable and unfair to others who genuinely want to order from this specific chain after a hard day at work or casual stop in. I can’t speak for others, however, I’m betting on the fact others have experienced most of the things I’ve laid out, so here’s my straightforward review.

  I do not like this Chipotle mainly due to the very small portion sizes. I of course have been to many other locations and they never are as stingy with the scoops! It’s ridiculous to pay $15 for a bowl that’s significantly smaller than what you know it should be. Go to other locations.
