This has got to be the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. It's always been a bit dirty with pretty slow and rude workers, but the last two times I've been there have just been ridiculous. The first of the two times, I ordered for pickup and was just straight up ignored by the guy working the cash register when I got there. Like he wasn't with another customer; he was just doing his level best not to make eye contact or acknowledge me trying to get his attention. It wasn't just me either - the dude was pretending everyone who came in for pickup did not exist. I eventually had to yell "Yo" really loudly to get him to pay attention, at which point I did get my food. I figured that bad experience it was just a one-off thing, but I ordered again tonight and gave them an extra 20 minutes to make my food because I knew they always move slow, but it still wasn't ready when I got there and the workers still tried to ignore me. I waited around for another 15-20 minutes, but I eventually had to leave. It seemed weird that they continued to make other pickup orders for people who weren't there yet before they made mine, but hey, this Chipotle sucks, so it's par for the course.
I tried to cancel my order on the app, but the customer service rep also ignored me and it took forever to get them to cancel it. So I guess corporate is just as committed to not helping the customers as the front line employees are. Next time I'll just wait for it to post to my credit card and do a chargeback.
Anyway, won't be going back to this Chipotle again.

The restaurant is absolutely FILTHY! Dirty tables, people leaving their trash on the counters, and crew not cleaning it up, trash bins have not been emptied in several hours by the look of it.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at Chipotle and I have been too many, I go into order a bowl and they say they have no steak that it is cooking the guy says if you want wait a minute it's done now they are going to cut it the guy goes takes the steak off the grill, then decide to make himself a taco and go on lunch meanwhile I'm sitting there for 15 minutes while they have eight employees walking around with attitudes saying they are understaffed but nobody is doing any work. I will never ever go to this location again... To the slim young man that was cooking the steak around 2:45 p.m. on April 1st needs to get fired because he said he is taking lunch he don't care about the steak or the customers

Worst Chipotle in the city, if not the country. Beyond stingy with every item, half the soda nozzles weren't working and the ones that did spray you directly. I wish they closed this one and not the one on Chestnut. Huge mistake - never going back.
Also, no Chipotle corporate, I will not fill out your form or email you. You've wasted enough of my time.

HORROR STORY. Despicable customer service. I visited this chipotle location on 3/28/26 at approximately 9pm. I waited in line, placed my order and paid at the register just like everyone else. After I sat down and began eating the burrito that I had just purchased, a chipotle employee began yelling at me from behind the counter telling me that I had to leave the premises because the dining area was closed. It was approximately 9:10 pm, and this chipotle location was advertised as being open until 11pm. I was sitting at a high top table, not causing a scene, not making a mess, simply eating the product I had just purchased. It was a busy evening, and there were many other customers present in the dining area who were also consuming their meals that they had just purchased. In fact, several of the customers who had preceded me in line were also present in the store and consuming their products. Despite of this, I was singled out and targeted by the chipotle employees. I sat there for a moment, confused and insulted. Two chipotle employees proceeded to pause serving other customers in order to scream at me from behind the counter, demanding that I take my half-eaten product and leave. Their words and conduct were hostile, denigrating, and deeply unsettling to all who were present. They made snide comments about my appearance in public in front of other employees and customers. I sat there dumbfounded, unable to comprehend what I was experiencing. This spectacle continued for several minutes in front of other chipotle employees and several customers. One customer apologized to me on their way out the door because they recognized how ugly and unnecessary the situation had become. Ultimately, a manager emerged from the back of the restaurant to restrain the outburst and directed the employees to stop screaming at me, and then approached me in a calm and professional manner. I instinctively apologized for any role I may have had, and attempted to explain that from a customer perspective this was completely incomprehensible and unacceptable. I had simply purchased a burrito and sat down to eat it. No notice of the “closed” dining room had been provided. The stores publicly listed hours indicated that the store closed at 11pm, nearly two hours after I was present in the store. The disturbance that was initiated by chipotle employees was undignified and unruly. The manager agreed with me and apologized profusely. He stated that he would speak directly to the chipotle employees who publicly berated me. He asked me if there was anything he could do in an effort to apologize and correct the situation. I collected my belongings and proceeded to leave. However, I could not help but notice that the customers in line at that time proceeding my transaction had completed their purchase, sat down in the dining area, and began to consume their orders. They of course were not subject to the verbal abuse and hostility that I encountered. This entire experience is unconscionable and casts doubt on whether I will ever purchase another chipotle product ever again. Without any doubt this was the most reprehensible customer service I have ever seen. Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves for the manner in which they treat their customers
