  No service!!! I arrived at 1118 and the door was still locked with the workers inside, watching but not addressing the multiple ppl trying at the doors.

  Staff are very rude. I called to speak with a manager and the employees answered with an attitude, and then after asking a question and asking to speak to a manager, the employee instead was very rude and then hung up on me. This Business is very unsafe they do not care for the safety of their employees or the safety of their customers. Management and the managers of this establishment are unprofessional, And this restaurant needs to be investigated as well as the management of this restaurant.

  Last week, my daughter, an 18-year-old employee was assaulted inside this store and the response from management has been a complete failure of leadership and basic human decency. At closing time, two adult women — who were former employees known to the shift manager — were allowed inside the restaurant after the store was already closed by the manager on duty, Peterson Eloi. When my daughter informed them the store was no longer serving, they became belligerent. The women continued verbally harassing her. When she ignored them in an attempt to avoid escalation, one threw a cup of ice in her face and the other punched her in the face. Both women then continued to attack her until she was knocked to the floor. Peterson stated it was my daughter's fault for refusing to serve the women. I am sharing this publicly so people understand how seriously employee safety is being disregarded at this location and for corrective measures to be enforced. No young worker should ever experience this.
