  I was just passing through but this Chik Fil A is just phenomenal. The cashier was great with my young daughter and helped make her day bright after landing at 6am and having an overnight flight. If I ever go back through Philly I'll stop again.

  The absolute worst chic fil a I’ve been to. I found a hard black marble size thing in my soup. No apology just a pissed off employee who seemed irritated about giving me a refund. I left without the refund and without knowing what was in my soup, I will not return. This Chic Fil A needs a complete overhaul of employees and management.

  This was my first time coming to this Chick-fil-A. From the looks of the outside it looks great! I was in driving up to place my order the two drive through employees were bashing one of the managers in the inside. I disregard that, becuase thats not my issue. Once I got the young lady attention to place my order. For some reason she couldnt get my name correct on my order after I gave it to her twice. I order a 12 count nugget meal, Mac and cheese, large lemonade with no ice and a larger cup of ice with BBQ dipping sauce. Also, I order a side salad with ranch. She scanner my app for points. I process to pay her she instructed me to another young lady in a booth around 25ft. away from her. I pulled up and tapped my card and she said I was good. This is when things turned for the worse. This young man who was at the window passing out the food stated " I need to pay in an aggressive tone". I told him paid the young lady in the back you need to check with her. So, he process to check the system on the screen. He said my tap payment didnt take. I said thats weird, becuase the young lady in the back said I was good to go. Before I hand him my card he said " I will not be double charged" I said okay. I received my food. Checked my bags to make sure I had everything. I didnt have the correct items in my bag. They put fries in my bag instead of Mac and cheese. He closed the window in my face and began to talk to other employees behind the wondow. Also, I didnt have the sauces I asked/paid for in my bag. I finally got his attention. He aggressively opened the window asking me how can he help me. I let him know what was the issue. He aggressively grabbed the fries from me and handed the sauces. He asked to me to pull up in front of the store, it will be 30 seconds for them to bring out my Mac and cheese. I told him no, ill wait for my food since its only going to be 30 seconds. He turned around and asked aggressively to his co-workers where is this guy Mac and cheese? He handed my food and the Mac and cheese wasn't the right side. So, I called back the store and spoke to the manager Maria. I told Maria I just came through your drive through, what is the name of the guy who's at your window passing out food? She refused to give his name. She process to ask me what is the problem? I told her he was very rude and aggressive to me and my order wasn't correct. She process to apologize. I asked her why you refused to give me this guy name? She totally disregard my question and process to tell me to come back to the store, we will make it right. I said no, ma'am. Gas is too high. She laughed and hung up the phone on me.

  This Chick fil A needs more workers on the floor, all the tables are dirty the restrooms are filthy no paper towels.
