    I just ordered a salad waited 15 almost 20 minutes for. I watched ppl that ordered way after me getting there order I ask about it and the young lady said it was being worked on and still never called my name. I literally got a phone call so I had to leave I had no time to get a refund because I had to leave. Disappointing and I never leave reviews but I need you guys to not be wasting ppl money no matter the amount

    I placed my order on the way to this location and waited in my car until the app showed it was ready. When I went inside to the pickup area, I stood there for at least 10 minutes with no assistance. I asked an employee (Calvin) if my order was ready since the app indicated it was, and he responded in a very rude tone, saying that if it were ready he would have given it to me, while dismissively waving his hands. Shortly after, another employee checked the cubby and began calling out names—my order had been sitting there the entire time. By the time I received it, the food was cold and soggy. Not only was the customer service unprofessional, but there was also no effort made to check my order when I asked. Very disappointing experience.

    Hello, I recently ordered the Southwest Veggie Wrap, which I usually enjoy because it includes vegetables, egg, and other fresh ingredients. However, this time the wrap did not contain those ingredients at all — it was mostly filled with shredded cheese. This does not match the description and is very disappointing. I specifically chose this wrap expecting vegetables and a proper filling, but received something completely different. I hope you improve quality control to make sure orders match what is advertised.

    I placed a catering order days in advance for 20 lunch boxes and the store didn’t have it ready. The catering area was in total disarray, multiple customers were visibly upset, and my staff waited 45 minutes, nothing prepped. When my staff delivered the order to students, the order was incomplete and wrong: juices labeled incorrectly (all unsweetened), no paper goods, and no sauces. I called the store and reached the call center; the call center attempted to reach the store with no luck so they emailed the store. She suggested I wait 24 hours for a response or go back to the store, guess what? No response. I called today and I only get their voicemail. This location failed on reliability, accuracy, and customer service. I won’t be returning.
