  First time the bun was dry and falling ah part. Six months later i said maybe they had ah bad day. 2nd time i ordered the deluxe chicken, that came with two pickels. I had to get back in line, then just said forget about it!!! Roosevelt blvd by Walmart. I'm done.l give the service five star, because they hurry up and get it wrong.

  We love the food and great service as always. It’s one of the best store that never disappoint us. However, this store has a special advantage in the form of Coral who made our experience so special. She gave stickers to my kids and with her smile and excellent service won our hearts. She is the real sunshine this store has. I would like to come again to dine in instead of drive thru just to see her :-).

  I visited Chick-fil-A drive thru on April 1, 2026. I ordered a 12 ct nugget comb with no ice in dr pepper and a chocolate milkshake. I alway order no ice in my drink and alway no whipped cream and cherry in milkshake. After pulling off I noticed my drink and milkshake was incorrect. My fries was also cold. I called and spoke with a male manager who said he will only replace the milkshake because it more expensive. My order was incorrect regardless of more or less expensive. The total was about $20 and as a repeat customer my complete order should have been offered to be replace or refund; not just a milkshake. I will not be giving my business to this Chick-fil-A no more and I'm telling my family and friend to boycott this Chick-fil-A at 9711 Roosevelt Blvd Philadelphia, PA 19114.

  I went there with my family and we got disrespected by the manager and over priced us when she shouldn’t have and we tried to explain but she would keep responding with an attitude so we just told her it’s fine and when we got the food it was atrocious the chicken was so salty they barely gave us any sauce and the fries were so soggy I wouldn’t recommend eating at this chick-fil-a and I’m telling all my family members not to either

  I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent visit to your Chick-fil-A location. This was one of the most upsetting experiences I have had at any Chick-fil-A, which is particularly disheartening given that we have visited this location multiple times before without issue. On Friday, when local schools were closed, the restaurant was understandably busy with families and children. I met with my cousin and her children, and together we were a party of eight, including five young kids. During our visit, I observed staff members walking around the dining area distributing items to children, including coloring sheets, crayons, sticker sheets, Chick-fil-A cow plush toys, mints, and wipes. Note that there was plenty to offer us some as well as I saw them put the remaining back into the playground and locked it up and sheets back into the cabinets. Despite staff passing by our table multiple times, no one acknowledged our group or offered any of these items to our children. While our children were playing in the playground area, I noticed that another table directly behind us—whose children were also in the playground—was approached by staff and offered these items. I specifically heard staff ask them, “How many kids do you have?” before providing the goodies. This inconsistency in treatment was both noticeable and concerning. It left me questioning why our family was overlooked while others in similar circumstances were not. As Asian Americans, and in a setting where the vast majority of patrons appeared to be Caucasian, this experience raises uncomfortable concerns about potential bias or unequal treatment. I want to be clear that Chick-fil-A has always been a brand I associate with high standards of customer service and inclusivity, which is why this experience was particularly upsetting. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, but I believe it is important to bring this to your attention so it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be handled to ensure all families are treated with equal care and respect in the future.
