- TDTersa DawesApr 1, 20261.0This afternoon, I visit Chick-fil-A and ordered my usual; the 12 pieces nugget comb with dr. pepper with NO ice. I also order my daughter a chocolate milkshake with NO whipped cream and NO cherry. After informed the first drive through guy of my order I then asked him to repeat it back to me. Then, I asked the next drive through guy who took my money to also repeat my order back to me. Once I got my order, there was ice inside my dr. pepper and my daughter's milkshake had whipped cream and cherry. I was preoccupy when the next guy handed me the food and drove off. Once I realized my order was not correct I called to speak to the manager. The male manager refused to refund or replace my dr. pepper. He said that my order was put in the system as light ice not no ice despite me informing him that I said no ice. This manager kept wanting to go back-and-forth about whether I say light ice or no ice. I know there are cameras that he could have checked. But didn't even offer to check the cameras or speak with the staff who took my order and took my money. The manager reason was, oh, I'll replace the milkshake because it's most expensive then the dr pepper. More or less expensive, it doesn't matter. My order was incorrect and it should have been made whole. My fries was cold too but this manager would have not cared either. This Chick-fil-A will not be getting any more of my business and I'm going to spread the word to family and friends.

Waited more than 1hr and 20 for it to be told by the delivery person that Chick-fil-A canceled my order. Even tried calling and every single time no one answered I’d be put straight to the voice message. Had to get on the delivery chat to cancel order. If I could give no star I would🤦🏻♀️
