  Today on 4/25/26 at 8:28pm, a young lady with braids that was at window had the worst attitude. From me ordering to me waiting for my food. First let’s start off by her nails was extra long, so when I handed her my cellphone her nails scratching my palm. She proceeded to tell me that I need to pull it aside and wait for my mail which was OK. I came back into the store and asked for cash app and lettuce and onions one my sandwich because that’s what I asked for at the window. Another employee approached the window and asked what did I need and I told her she didn’t tell the lady who rang me up what was going on the lady who rang me up, proceeded to have an attitude look at me and say that’s not what she even asked for. I pulled the window open more to her that is what I asked for. I will be calling corporate and whoever else!

  I found the manager and staff to be amazing and fun to interact with. Everybody had a great attitude with smiles on their faces. This crew and the food makes it worth the drive from newjersey

  Ordered our dinner and the fries and food were hot. Best last minute decision. Customer service was on point as well.

  Just received cold items through delivery and I don’t live far. More specifically other items were hot while the entree itself was cold. As someone who has worked in fast food it is extremely dangerous to serve customers under temp food as the likelihood of food poisoning does increase especially when I or your employees are unaware of how long ago said item was cooked. There is a reason food is supposed to be sold within ideal temp ranges. It is crucial your staff knows this or this location will get shut down again. Edit: I did try calling as to avoid a review as I know mistakes can happen but didn’t get an answer. Just need to stress the importance of food safety.

  Every time I go to this location the workers just look at you through the glass for about 5-8 min before they even acknowledge you, it could be nobody in the waiting area and they still do this. The food is a hit or miss based on who’s working I guess. The wings are dry at times, other times they are on point. They could benefit from customer service training and a refresher course on how to prepare the food the proper way by the book and not based on how they like it. The same item tastes different every time.
