As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- JJJune1 day ago1.0This is the worst possible checkers you can go to at night they don’t even acknowledge customers at all they’ll let you stand for a half an hour and never open the window to communicate anything. If you want your time wasted and your night ruined come to this checkers they definitely won’t meet any semblance of any type of customer service or appreciation if you pay for your food beforehand get ready to wait every time you have to check the order every time because there will be items missing from the bag there is no checks and balances in this place no type of accountability

We order two shakes strawberry and banana mixed and chocolate and banana mixed. Now mine the strawberry banana was hardly mixed and just tasted awful. I am posting a pic of the chocolate and strawberry mixed handed it to us I hand it back and say this supposed to be chocolate he says chocolate is at the bottom. Okay well that doesn’t make sense he proceeds to make a new one three mins later he says can you pull over we will bring it out to you. No I’m cool let me get the original. Needless to say this is the 4th time we been there two times were terrible 35min wait for a sundae and this time other times were okay but come on do better! FOR THE RECORD HOW CAN A MILKSHAKE FILL WARM WE ENDED UP THROWING THEM OUT AT HOME TEN BUCKS WASTED

I wondered what the experience was like for other people so I checked Google reviews afterward and saw a lot of suspicious 5-star ratings.
- ALArnaldo LeeMar 18, 20261.0food always cold. staffs rude. don't wanna delivery on drive-thru . even when you have trouble walking using walker to move around. that location particularly claim you have e to walk to pick up your order when you order by app. Costumer service say they should delivery by drive thru by checker policy.
