  I placed directly through your app to the Philadelphia ( Franklin Mills / Philadelphia Mills ) facility on Friday 02/13/2026 The payment was successfully processed on my credit card: however, I later discover that your store must have change hours recently because your website states operation hours for that day would have been 9:30 AM until 8:30 PM my order was place at 7:04 to be ready at 7:13 PM. I drove to too the facility low and behold it was closed I arrived at 7:16 PM was told by a young man oh we're closed I then asked may I speak with the manager I was then told they're not here I then asked how do I get my money back I was then told you have the app and then he walk away . This is very unprofessional and deceiving

  whats the point of asking me if i want to take items off the cheesesteak if you’re just going to ignore the instructions anyways? asked for no onions no peppers, and ended up with only peppers and onions with no mushrooms. i always avoid this place because it sucks as is but decided to give it a chance. wont ever make that mistake again!!
