  New Hawaiian burger app was pretty good. Burgers were nice size. Management and employees all spoke to me! Great atmosphere!!

  Don’t let the bad reviews turn you away. I’ve been here over 10 times and have not had a bad experience. Staff is great, food is great. Sure you may go to watch the superbowl and they may have Russian curling on, but they usually change the channel lol. Highly recommend

  our server was great hands-on but I do need to comment on the hostess as we walked in. It was 11:05 PM. She informed us that the kitchen would be closing soon within minutes. I asked her. What time do you close? I said 12 correct she said well yes so from the door We felt like we were being shoved away. We continued to go in and dine as we were watching the TV around 1120. The TVs were rudely shut off really made us feel unwelcome, but we did not take it out on our server because she was excellent as she always is every time we come in there She’s the reason for the five stars, not the hostess she lacked good customer service skills And does not make people want to come back

  Horrible experience, it was a party of 10, the whole restaurant was empty workers were nowhere to be found at the entrance to guide you to a table, we had to go find them all the way back where they are just sitting and talking not doing their job. We got seated down and they had attitudes when doing their job, once we were seated they took at least 20 minutes to get any type of service and people who came after us already had their drinks and I get that it was a big party but no one came in to check on us whatsoever. Once we did get our server we got our drinks about another 17-20 minutes and the person who was our server didn’t even know what we wanted he had to ask us what we got at least 3 times. They are just hiring anyone at this point. And we didn’t get our food almost an hour after we got there and everyone else who got there after us already finished eating whilst we were served cold food, stale and cold fries. On top of that when we went to talk to the manager, who was extremely unprofessional and rude didn’t even apologize for this horrible service. Not even sure how they are still open after reading reviews here it’s safe to say they should close down or get better workers.

  I attempted to go there twice over about a one year span.. Both times the server just seemed miserable and rude, The table they set me and my daughter at was filthy. I had to literally ask for napkins to wipe off the chairs and table… The food was absolutely horrible. It came out being served to me, looking like someone already ate half of my platter., All I got was Boneless wings and fries, The wings were so overcooked I could not even bite them. They were disgustingly hard. It looked like someone ate 3/4 of my order of fries right off of my plate. There were literally maybe 12 fries… Needless to say, I will never go there again. I offered to pay for my drinks did not want the food and definitely was not eating it off of that dirty silverware… They offered me free dessert or gift cards to come back I declined.. I don’t want anything. I just wanted to pay for my drinks and get out of there and never come back.!! Horrible food, horrible service, horrible atmosphere
