I went to one branch and they didn’t have it, so I checked the app and found another location about 11 minutes away. I called to confirm if they had it, but the employee said they didn’t. On the app, it showed as available and I could place an order, so I called again and mentioned that. The employee replied, “It’s expensive, around $13!” I told him I was just asking if it’s available, not the price. Then he said it takes a long time to prepare. When I asked again if they actually had it, he said no. I went ahead and ordered it online anyway and set pickup for 10 minutes later — and when I arrived, it was ready! I’m not sure why they said it wasn’t available when it clearly was.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
