Today, I placed an order for pickup and realized once I got home that I had been given someone else’s order. I immediately contacted the store and was connected with Nick, who truly went above and beyond to make things right. Nick was kind, professional, and extremely attentive. He ensured that my correct grocery order was delivered promptly and that everything was exactly as I had originally ordered. His willingness to take ownership of the situation and resolve it so quickly made a stressful moment feel effortless. Because of the exceptional customer service Nick demonstrated, I would absolutely travel outside of my usual ACME location just to shop here. He is a true asset to the store and a perfect example of what great customer service should look like.
