This place used to be my favorite.it says it is under new management! Store is dirty workers are rude and not warm at all. It is very sad to see. I will not be returning. I miss the old staff. Never had an. Issue until now. Prices are so high and it is not worth it, they don’t make the sandwich the same.

On New Year’s Eve, my partner was undergoing a very difficult surgery at Methodist Hospital. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and carrying several bags of his personal belongings while trying to find something to eat. After being turned away from another hoagie shop nearby because of the holiday, I sat outside and called Primo Hoagies.
They told me my sandwich would be ready in 30 minutes. I explained I was walking over and might arrive early, and would wait. I got there in about 10 minutes and my sandwich was already ready.
Every employee was kind and compassionate. They could clearly tell I was having a rough day. One of the employees even gave me a large bag with handles so I could fit my partner’s belongings, which made the walk back to the hospital so much easier.
The hoagie itself was packed and delicious! I wrapped it back up well and had the rest for lunch and dinner the next day.
Thank you, Primo, for a great sandwich and a bit of humanity! I am very appreciative.

This is the worst ever manager got rude people working there talking on there phone dropping stuff on the ground and going back to your food and the skinny girl with the bad breath trying to look cute who is working there now is rude and should not be there. I spend over hundreds of dollars here and the place is just going down I never been so disrespected by these people

I've been coming to this location for years and it's currently under new management. All I can say is that they now skimp on the meat big time! These used to be filled with meat to the brim and now as you can see in my sandwich you can't even tell there's turkey in it! Very much missing the old management. Such a shame. To top it all off they put ham on my turkey and cheese sandwich 🤔 double check your orders, folks!

Well, it's labeled "The Original Primos Hoagies", but this location is now under new management. I believe this Original store is the last location to be franchised out. The hoagies we bought were ok, not like ones we previously had over many years, and you can't see who's preparing them. So, the jury is still out until we try another one🤔. Also, the price was in the right zone, 3 primo size hoagies for $48.
