I have tried to order multiple times and my bank has multiple orders pending and yet nothing goes through. Primo's, cancel your contract with your vendor and get a new vendor. You are losing customers. Your products are great, your online presence is awful.

- KMKaileigh MurphyAug 10, 20252.0I asked for a meatball sub with cheese and they gave me a sandwich with non-melted sliced cheese on the bottom, meatballs with barely any sauce, and only 2 small meatballs on my 8 inch roll. I had 4 inches of nothing on the sandwich, still ate it and the went on with my day because I’m too busy for that stuff. Threw out the other 4 inches of just bread. Meatballs were really really good (hence the 2nd star) but would have loved a 3rd or 4th on the roll, it toasted, more sauce on the top, and cheese. The woman in there was sighing and clearly didn’t want to be there and was with me while I was ordering. No chairs in the front to wait for the order to come out. Clearly the workplace needs to pay their workers more and let them give better portions.
