  Stopped by PrimoHoagies spot and tried the Philly cheesesteak and a chicken parm pepperoni sandwich, both were seriously good. Everything tasted fresh and packed with flavor. Service was great, the place was really clean, and I grabbed a seat by the window with a nice little view. Definitely coming back.

  Stay away from this PRIMOS!! Worst Primos I’ve ever been to. Skimpiest hoagies and steaks I’ve ever seen for a primos. There is no way this is the franchise standard. I’ve been to plenty of primos with nice thick & full hoagies / steaks. This place obviously cuts their portions in half at least.

  First time in Philadelphia and wanted to get a good cheesesteak and they throughly executed. Very nice people and very clean.

  Excellent service we are not local, we ask several local for a good Philly cheese. They recommend Primo. Excellent choice fast service. Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Yes we will be back..

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. As a DoorDash driver, I was treated with disrespect by the staff. The manager initially asked to see my phone to verify the order, which I refused to do. After I confirmed the order, I asked him to check his system to confirm, since it showed that the order was verified. However, he insisted on seeing my phone, which was not appropriate. To make matters worse, one of his staff members was watching me confirm the order on my phone from a distance. Afterward, the manager told me not to return to the store. I have reported this incident to DoorDash and will be taking further action to ensure this kind of behavior doesn’t happen again. I strongly recommend that you review how your staff treats delivery drivers.
