With a name like that, you expect cheesesteaks — but when we walked in, there were no menus on the walls. We had to find a small paper menu at the counter just to see what they offered. She ordered a kids cheesesteak and truffle parm fries. They charged 75¢ for mayo, which felt excessive. The fountain soda machine wasn’t working at all and was just taped off as “out of order.” We were the only people there, yet her fries came out plain instead of truffle parm. They fixed it after about five minutes. She also asked for her roll toasted — it came out extremely hard, almost like a crouton. I ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls and the western smash burger. The egg rolls were two rolls cut in half to look like four pieces. At $6 each, I expected a little more, maybe some dipping sauce included. The burger had very little flavor and the onion rings were cold. Total was $50.06 for two people. For that price, I expected better quality and attention to detail. Disappointing overall.
