Ended up with hot coffee on my hand and in my car. The person at the window offered a half-hearted apology and then just disappeared. Had to ask her a second time to give us napkins to clean up the coffee spill she caused. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

This past time I had to wait over 10 minutes for 5 items that we had placed an order for AT LEAST 5 minutes prior for drive thru. My boyfriend’s sandwich was the entire wrong one, down to the flavor of the bacon. From what he’s said, and I’ve experienced for myself, it’s usually the same worker/set of workers giving us these issues. Probably the worst location around me.
