Ended up with hot coffee on my hand and in my car. The person at the window offered a half-hearted apology and then just disappeared. Had to ask her a second time to give us napkins to clean up the coffee spill she caused. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

This past time I had to wait over 10 minutes for 5 items that we had placed an order for AT LEAST 5 minutes prior for drive thru. My boyfriend’s sandwich was the entire wrong one, down to the flavor of the bacon. From what he’s said, and I’ve experienced for myself, it’s usually the same worker/set of workers giving us these issues. Probably the worst location around me.

Not a problem, technical difficulties happen. 4 or 5 people were working. No one in front of me waiting for an order. No other people inside. 1 person in drive thru waiting. I watched every worker look at me and just not say anything. There was no sign at the counter saying they weren't taking orders there. The one girl was wiping the counter, looked at me then just kept cleaning. I said excuse me nicely despite being ignored. The older gentlemen who I assume is the manager looked at me and said nothing as well... so I left. Extremely weird and offputting. Like id understand if you guys were swamped, but you weren't. Please tell me where I went wrong. Did I miss something?
