  Had to pull up and wait for snack wraps because she said chicken wasn’t ready which I’m totally ok with, I thought yay they will be fresh and hot. They were both luke warm and one was chewy/gummy like I kinda wonder if it was even completely cooked. I spit it out and trashed it. I know not to go here on my lunch break anymore 🤢

  Why are employees standing at the door smoking?? I have to walk through their nasty smoke to get in??? The woman with long pony tail that also works at Burger King. Foul!

  This was by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever eaten at. The place was empty and it took over 15 minutes to get food, the fries tasted like broken hopes and dreams, along with the fact that there was a plastic strand or hair in my fries. There were no napkins and no cashier. Never eat here and save yourself the trouble

  Utilized the app. Got to the drive through and sat for a few minutes. Never got a "welcome to mcdonalds we'll be right with you." Nothing. Eventually I got someone quietly saying "you using the app today?" No pleasantries no thanks for being here, none of that. Give them the code and move on. Person at the pick up counter was pleasantries. Had me pull up to the next window so they could finish cooking the food, won't complain about that cause I'd rather it be fresh made than sat for hours. I get home and the happy meal for my son, is just fries and toy. No nuggets at all and the fries were half filled. Ridiculous. Only reason it's a 2star for service and not 1 is because the 2nd person was nice. Next time I need a quick bite in that area ill go to the BK next door

  Dirty. Lazy workers don’t bring it to table. Guy should be fired. Higher ups need to fix this crap location! No music. Dirty atmosphere
