Dunkin’ used to be my favorite and would frequent daily on my way to work but after so many inconsistencies I gave up and started going to Wawa every morning for coffee. Today I was craving a Blueberry muffin and stopped by Dunkin only to be given what looks like a burnt half of muffin. It was hard and I threw it away. Definitely have to get better on quality and hope not to continue to lose customers.
