They seem to need more help there. IDK why, but a lot of times, at the drive through, I'm told to pull ahead to these parking spots and they will bring food out. On my last visit, around dinner time, I was told to pull ahead and park and I did, joining another car waiting, and I was there about 10 minutes. During my wait, a total of 5 cars, including mine, we're all parked and waiting. A worker came out and was going car to car asking if what she had in her hands was our order. Confusion. No one claimed it.She went back inside and eventually she came to my car, and she did have my order. I suggest they figure out a way to keep track of whose order, which car to take food out to. You could tell they have no way to keep track of who ordered what and what car to deliver to. Poor girl bringing food out seemed very embarrassed for not knowing which car to deliver to.

I went through the drive-thru and the speaker was busted so it was hard to understand the person speaking and apparently for them to understand me because they misheard something. Then when I got to the window to pick up my food I was asked to pull aside because they were waiting on a couple things. I only ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns so that was surprising. The people were very nice though and it was about a 5-minute wait for the food to come out.

Hamburger dry like a hockey puck and fries under cooked. The peepers for the coockers went off non stop and very annoying

This is horrible. Starting from couple months ago every visit here was some kind of problem. Every time we wait from 15 up to 25 minutes even tho it supposed to be FAST food, cause I genuinely don’t have much time to wait in line. With this waiting time I would much rather go to regular cafe or diner. Other problem - stuff doesn’t care AT ALL. 8 out of 10 times the order was messed up, so I had to wait even longer for them to fix that. I gave a lot of chances to this place because it’s very close to work but not anymore.
