I ordered through the app and they still parked me for over 15 minutes, along with two other cars who all said the same thing: this McDonald’s is always a problem. Everyone sitting there agreed they won’t be back, and I’m done too. After that ridiculous wait, the food was pathetic. Pancakes ice cold. Hash browns so greasy they were glued to the paper. And of course, they forgot the butter and syrup, so I had to come back just to fix their mistake. Completely unacceptable. This wasn’t a one-off — we’ve had multiple issues with this store, and every time they tell us “Come back, we’re better now.” No, they’re not. They’re getting worse. And to make it even more insulting, it’s the most expensive McDonald’s in the area. I’ll drive an extra 5–6 minutes to a location that actually knows how to operate. Avoid this place. It’s not worth the headache. I did file a complaint with McDonald’s corporate as well

When I asked about my order, they said it would be ready soon. Fifteen minutes later, I asked again, and they admitted my food had just been sitting there the whole time ridiculous! To make things worse, when I opened my sandwich, there was a hair inside. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The hygiene at this location is very poor. I would not recommend ordering from here at all.
