  Been going to this Dunkin for quite some time. Used to be the best one around. The last 2 times I’ve gone they can’t get my order correct and I still have to repeat it 2-3 times I get 2 things. Iced tea and a bagel toasted with light cream cheese. This last time and it will be the last time. I had to give my order to the woman and she asks me what I wanted after I told her. She the pits the kid in the window to take my order. When I get it I got a day old bagel lightly toasted with the regular amount of cream cheese on it. Service and quality suck here. Won’t be going back.

  I went there this morning 1/9/2026 and ordered 2 of the ultimate bacon jam sandwiches and some other items. The young rude nasty female working the drive thru window by the name of Michele I believe is what Sarah the manager told me after Michele already refused my service when she messed up on my order and basically cursed me out and told me she won’t help me and to “get out of her drive thru.” Before pulling around to the window she repeated my order back to me and upon getting my order i checked and seen I only had one sandwich. I began to back up to the window where she Michele the worker looked me up and down balled her face up and said “what are you doing” and began to exchange words before she refused my service. As I asked to speak with the manager which I could barely speak to her because the worker still wanted to argue and tell the manager her version of what happened. Just a hot mess as a manager myself of a retail store this was just poor horrible customer service all around, I’ve never seen someone mouth off to their own store manager and a customer, speak so belligerent to someone you don’t know. Another gentleman working there super kind and helpful even understood where I was coming from when I asked if he was working drive thru and someone who just ordered, pulls off but yet reversed back to the window what do you think could possibly be wrong? Her(Michele) own colleague even said “the order is wrong or messed up, and i apologize for her she shouldn’t have reacted that way.” Her first words are “what are you doing” crazy. Save your time don’t come here always been rude nasty workers here. They half fast do their work, if you want to be spoken to any type of way then go here if not save your time and energy go elsewhere one of the worse locations ever.

  Went here Sunday for the first time in a very long time just to grab one of the nitro cold brews. Ordered on the app and pulled through. Kid tells me he’s waiting for the foam to go down. I see the manager in the background instructing him on what to do. A few minutes go by and he brings it to me about half filled. He asked if I want to wait. I was in a hurry and didn’t want to make the kid feel bad, he was very young and felt bad. It was the manager or whoever was telling him wha to do. About $4.50 for a half a cup of foam. This is the 2nd Dunkin on my don’t go to list, the one on 413 tops the at list, the suck worse.

  Chaotic, unorganized, and confused. The fact I’m using all these words for a mobile app order should tell you everything you need to know. Ordered a half dozen donuts (2 of 3 particular kind), and got 6 randoms, none of which were the correct ones, not to mention ordered the Wicked munchkin tin for my daughter and it had ZERO of the wicked munchkin’s. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location, but will definitely be my last. Go to the one up the street near the mall, much friendlier and overall better staff and management.
