  I used to go to this place but ever since they changed there hours and open later I never go anymore. Why is it opened at 8am now instead of 7? That is the only reason I put 3 stars. Also when I went there 2 times in the afternoon they forgot to put some food in my bag and when I noticed I didn't feel like going back. And it happened twice so I said never again.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This Wendy's has gone way down hill over the years and that's one of the reasons I go to the one in Monroeville. I just happened to be in the area and ordered chicken biscuits and when I got home, you could have used those biscuits as door stops they were so hard and it was only 9am in the morning. Shouldn't everything be fresh. I'll never come back here until you get your team together.

  Dude at the drive through doesn’t to customers and is slow. He also never asks size and if it’s wrong will blame you.

  I came through the drive through and the person was rude and rushing me.. then when I got home with my order, the food was cold I asked for extra cheese and no onions, I had onions and no extra cheese, these young kids now don't want to work I am pissed....
