While inside the restaurant, I overheard staff speaking about how they would handle customers who complain, and the comments made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. When I received my food, it had a strong chemical-like smell that immediately made me concerned for my safety. Because of that, I did not eat the food at all. I still paid for the order, but I left the restaurant feeling uneasy and disrespected. No customer should feel unsafe, intimidated, or worried about retaliation simply for raising a concern about their food. This location seriously needs better customer service, professionalism, and food safety standards. I will not be returning and would caution others to be mindful when ordering from this franchise.
