  I requested no salt on my fries due to health reasons. The manager walked over with an annoyed look on his face and outright told me they can’t do “no salt” because they’re new….He then had the audacity to question MY mobile order and check it on my phone twice as if I was standing in line to rip off medium fries from Chick Fil A lol I’ve never had any Chick Fil A ever deny a “no salt” request and treat me like that. I was so flabbergasted that I simply said ok, took the fries, and left. I haven’t been to this Chick Fil A since and honestly don’t recommend anyone with dietary restrictions to eat here.

  Yesterday evening I went inside for a dine- in order where I was pleasantly surprised with how caring and kind the staff were to me! A young man named Davis made sure I was taken care of, that the dining room was clean, and offered complimentary refills (something I didn’t know Chick-fil-A even had!) He was also assisting in other areas like delivering orders to the tables and wiping down all tables near me. I’m glad to see that Chick-fil-A has people who work hard to make sure we all feel cared for!!

  @Miranda Davis. since we want to write about workers who SOCIALIZE among costumers.. let’s not forgot that you were upset about a parking spot you weren’t able to put yourself in. ‼️CLARIFICATION‼️ (you were already in a parking spot, you were struggling trying to get your car to straighten up, my friend came from the side of YOU, NOT BOTHERING your parking but you got upset that we parked next to you as you were struggling to backup in a parking spot you were already parked in) if you were mad about that situation simply SPEAK UP! don’t sit there and write about a review that’s FALSE without telling the backstory. you had much to say as you were walking past MY FRIEND car as you were heading into Chick Fil A. not only that you proceeded to make faces at me and my friends as you were ordering, so who really was distracted AS YOU WERE ORDERING YOUR FOOD. you then proceed to say “I had to repeat my order 3 times” to clarify.. you kept turning your face to make comments/faces at us, as we were trying to figure out what we were going to order. turning your face as you are ordering would make it very hard for the cashier to hear. i don’t blame him if he asked you more then once to repeat your order. if you had so much of a problem over a parking spot make it known. don’t blame the cashier! he does an excellent job and never gets orders wrong nor make you repeat yourself “3 times” maybe as a costumer yourself, speak clearly. us 3, as regular customers we never make anyone wait for their food AS IM ORDERING. we have the free will to talk to among workers and or make good connections/conversations as i’m still ordering MY FOOD. that’s what makes a good Fast Food company BETTER and bring whole to the community among costumers and their workers. maybe next time make it clear about WHY you were upset in the first place instead of blaming the cashier! :)

  The children working here are more concerned with social hour with friends that come in than helping customers, even if there’s people in line waiting. Had to repeat my order 3 times over the boy being distracted with the three girls that he knew that came in, then proceeded to chat with them about school…. letting an elderly couple wait since it’s the only register open. Maybe take the social butterflies off register.

  Ordered nuggets cause their my favorite food from Chick Fil A in the drive thru about 6:50 pm on 3/14/2026 the girl Stowe was doing a great job handling all the customers in drive thru waiting for food she made sure that everyone got their food fast and always with a smile 😊 she’s the best runner I’ve seen at Chick Fil A in a really long time and I’ve been to 3 other restaurants in this area 😊 again Thank you Stowe i appreciated your kindness and smile while delivering us our order, keep up the great work 😊🙌
