It is 1:50 so after lunch rush. Went thru drie-thru w mobile app order. Was told to pull in curbside pickup lane #6. That made 7 cars in stalls waiting on their food. I am now at 12 minutes and still no food. They have served 5 of the cars in the 12 minutes but have sent 3 new ones to the waiting spaces. This is ridiculous!!

This is a family fast-food restaurant, right? If so, I feel the staff should have a good sit down meeting about their communication skills. I don't appreciate (and I'm sure other customers) all of the swearing/curse words coming out from behind the counter. They should understand that most people in line/dining room can hear them yelling back and forth... yes, most are teenagers and most likely their first job.. but, they need to understand customer service, which includes use of language.

Complete disrespect to customers. They literally stole our money by closing down early and not giving us our online order that was paid for around 11:15pm we waited in the drive through for 35 minutes then pulled up the windows once the car infront of us did the same they gave her an order then left the window they didn't stay an say we are closed or asked us anything just left the same way they didn't say anything at the drive through speaker just had us there waiting and waiting maybe 10 or so cars the drive though was busy but once they closed it they should let us not just let us sit there and once we pull up to the window they should address us instead they didn't even look at us just straight ignored us we will be going in first thing tomorrow they have our money and wasted our time by far the worst mcdonalds experience ive had

Went at 2:30 PM, drive thru packed, dine in packed, still got my order in 6 minutes. Everything was fresh from being busy, and all of the employees I spoke to were very nice.
Every other time I go, the food is mostly fresh, (maybe the nuggets or fries were just kept warm.) I haven't ever had a problem from this location, very good service whenever you go.
