Majorly understaffed. Been here countless times and it’s always the same- Long wait times, food always messed up or missing, doesn’t matter if you order in the app or not. This place needs new management and more workers. I hate that this is the only McDonald’s in town because it sucks.

This place is horrific, aside from the food. I used the app to save time but it took so long. Never again

It is 1:50 so after lunch rush. Went thru drie-thru w mobile app order. Was told to pull in curbside pickup lane #6. That made 7 cars in stalls waiting on their food. I am now at 12 minutes and still no food. They have served 5 of the cars in the 12 minutes but have sent 3 new ones to the waiting spaces. This is ridiculous!!

This is a family fast-food restaurant, right? If so, I feel the staff should have a good sit down meeting about their communication skills. I don't appreciate (and I'm sure other customers) all of the swearing/curse words coming out from behind the counter. They should understand that most people in line/dining room can hear them yelling back and forth... yes, most are teenagers and most likely their first job.. but, they need to understand customer service, which includes use of language.
