I was just there February 21st 2026 that's the first I've been there in a few years changed and changed for the better super pleasant experience great service food was hot and fresh super clean bathrooms and restaurant 🍻

Ordered a classic roast beef and a big cheesy bacon burger with meals. Wanted only cheese, lettuce and bacon on the burger. Repeated it a couple of times, cashier (a manager) repeated it back, receipt states exactly what I ordered, but received a plain cheeseburger… no lettuce or bacon and the cheese was not melted at all (burger not hot). Took it to the register, stated the issue with the lettuce and bacon. The cashier apologized profusely, took it back to the line, repeated exactly what needed to happen, brought it back to me and said the cheese is nice and melted (I hadn’t said anything about the cheese). Got back to the table, instead of lettuce it had tomatoes. Ate into the burger anyway and although the exterior was well (really well) done, the inside had a pink tinge to it. Not bad enough to not eat, but not done as it should have been. My wife’s roast beef and both our curly fries were cool to the touch.
Arby’s is a restaurant we enjoy going to on occasion and are happy to see after 18 years of it being run down on the inside they finally remodeled last year. But the food quality the last couple of times we have been there has left a lot to be desired. By the state of the food we received, it very much seems like it was food prepared ahead of time and not kept properly heated. The fact the line didn’t actually correct the issue after it was returned says they need more training on paying attention to detail. Hopefully this will be the last visit of issues like this.

Went here on lunch break from work on 12/23/2025 at 1250pm, doors were locked, no signs or anything saying they were not accepting lobby customers. Went to a different local place instead.

This is the slowest operating fast food joint I have ever seen in my life. In the span of 30 minutes I watched 2 cars including myself get through the drive through and 8 drive away after being tired from waiting. Why not just go inside you ask? Well service was just as slow as people waiting by the counter were not moving nor being served. If you want to waste an entire lunch breaks worth of time without getting a single bite in then thus place is for you. If you value your time in the slightest then go literally anywhere else. Had my order not been already paid for through an online order I would've left with everyone else who walked out.
Edit: they also did not put any bacon on my order (thanks for scamming me out of that $1.50) and put items on that were requested to be removed. Pitiful establishment
