I try giving them a try again, but im done with their hot coffee. Cold brew is decent and their food I never had an issue with. Just wish i can get a real cup of coffee for the $2.96 not water tasting cream 😒

I’ve worked customer service, and management myself for a restaurant and the main thing you’re taught is the customer is always right. You don’t argue with customers. I went and got a free mobile drink , I asked for less ice in my cup because 90% of it is ice. Well the manger puts extra milk in my latte because I asked for less ice so my latte is a cup of milk. When going in and asking nicely for more espresso she argued and didn’t add it. Horrible management, and why I’ll continue to go to walnutport Dunkin.
