I ordered a BAGEL sandwich, a croissant Sandwich, munchkins and the $5 TWO WRAP deal and paid cash. The clerk couldn't read my gift card. They made me pull forward out of the line to wait for my food, gave me the bag and didn't give me a chance to double check it. We got to our destination and Spoiler Alert our food was wrong. Two croissant Sandwichs and only ONE wrap. Avoid this Dubkin until service improves. 2/7/2026

Literally at every single dunkin I order this. But here, some days I get it and some days I don’t. Which blows my mind bc literally just make half of the cup coffee, then fill the rest with hot chocolate. No sugar, no milk, so easy. It’s not impossible, obviously, as sometimes I get it. So please tell me why the morning lady does it and the afternoon one says she can’t. Feels pretty lazy to me. And for the price we’re now charged for a basic coffee, I don’t think it should be that hard of a hassle. Do better
