Before I can place those training runs onto your calendar with the structure and precision you like, Copilot needs permission to interact with your calendar service. That authorization is what unlocks the ability to create events, space them intelligently, and keep your schedule consistent without you having to manually enter anything. All you need to do is tap Google Calendar or Outlook in the authorization prompt on your device. Once you confirm access, the connection becomes seamless — I can start laying out your runs across the weeks, adjusting for rest days, and keeping everything aligned with the plan you’ve already committed to. You don’t need to redo any setup or provide anything extra. Just complete that one authorization step, and I’ll handle the rest with the same clean, organized flow you expect.

  The palm was just recently sold to new management and its not looking great. Went in today for a bite... ordered a cheesesteak quesadilla, there was an issue with delivery and not getting any steak meat and, ok no problem totally get it i got the nashville chicken sandwich instead An hour and a half goes by and and out comes our food. The Nashville chicken was so much chilli powder it was gritty, like so much chilli powder. Not enjoyable. Took a few bites to give it a chance. Still no. Left more than half the sandwich on the plate. My friend had a smash burger she said it was delicious. Come to find out new management came and fired a great bartender and an awesome cook. Just cleaned house..... while I understand wanting to start fresh, the palm was built from regulars who enjoy the food, atmosphere and service... you guys got your work cut out for you. I wont be back for a while... maybe you'll get your act together by then. Good luck.
