The coffee was hot, the donuts delicious, the order was ready on time and all of the condiments were packaged for us. Kudos to a job well done.

It gets all over the coffee lids and stinks bad. it's literally straight out the drive-through window, and into the garbage can it stinks so bad. would think that would be common sense in a training manual. hasn't happened just once here.
