Today I ordered my drink with cold foam, and he put it on the counter with no cold foam. Having the hectic night I had, I wasn't about to complain until he gave me a dirty look. I said it there a problem and he said you were looking at the drink weird. Like a smart ass. I said well I ordered cold foam, and I wasn't going complain, he took the coffee rather aggressively, and basically threw it back at me. Again, I had a long night and wasn't about to ask for a refund, but maybe we need to have a talk with staff on customer service. From what I can see on the reviews your franchise is lacking in that department.
